I do not know if it is just me, but i cannot find a link to the chat room.

I can't seem to find it either, but it's probably being worked on if it's not visible at the moment.

The chat is still undergoing last minute testing. Once everything is ready, which should be this coming week if nothing unforseen happens, the link will be added to the forum and the wiki and we'll be officially "open".
