If you want a 3 or 4 dot version, just drop the restrictions, so not just for purposes of seduction.

+4 dice to seduction attempts is not really what I would call "irresistable". An ever-present mental attack that made every onlooker fall madly in love with you, would be. For a third level artifact, I'd just go with granting onlookers an intimacy of lust or infatuation, possibly with every minute of beholding the character counting as a scene spent building such an intimacy. At level 4, you're in love, unless you lack the magic to resist. This is a divine, legendary relic, not a dice-adder. It is both a great blessing to the wearer and a great curse.

That should fall under the realm of a Charm though. I'm uncomfortable with an artifact that just blindly forces an intimacy on you with no method of resistance. Particularly since there are ways to exploit intimacies with Charms. I mean at least delineate a more concrete way of defending against it. Every artifact is legendary, but they all should have some form of defense against insane effects. It's one of the reason the Crimson Bow is universally panned as RAW it never misses.

Make the affect an Unnatural Mental Influence. Works automatically on most mortals, but Exalts can resist at the cost of charms or a Limit Increase.


Makes it a nasty bit of work.
